Minneapolis-based singer-songwriter Joe Hysell has released his brand-new EP, Still Gonna Try, available now on Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, and all major streaming platforms.

Known for his rich alt-country roots, Hysell takes a bold step forward here, fusing gritty rock textures with vivid, emotionally charged songwriting. With themes of resilience, heartbreak, and hope woven through every track, Still Gonna Try captures Hysell at his most vulnerable and most powerful. It’s a five-song meditation on persistence and personal reckoning—an EP that doesn’t just reflect change, it sounds like it.
